- Email Inbox Management: Manage the AP email inbox and re-directing queries.
- Timely Resolution: Escalate any potential issues to the relevant Manager.
- Supplier Record Management: Check and file master-file data changes to Supplier records including change of bank details.
- Statement Reconciliation: Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
- Customer Support: Assist with supplier queries via phone-calls or emails.
- Team Coverage: Cover team members in times of absence.
- Experience: +2 years' experience of working in an AP department, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Personal Expenses processes, VAT accounting and policies.
- Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Purchase to Pay Process: Understanding of purchase to pay process for stock and overhead supplies.
- Teamwork: Team player, and willing to assist others whenever possible.
