Mindmatch Consulting seeks an experienced Finance Process Assistant to support the Accounts Payable team in meeting departmental targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Process all overhead invoices via APA (No PO, No pay policy).
  • Expense Management: Check and process Personal Expense claims in line with company policy.
  • Email Inbox Management: Manage the AP email inbox and re-directing queries.
  • Timely Resolution: Escalate any potential issues to the relevant Manager.
  • Supplier Record Management: Check and file master-file data changes to Supplier records including change of bank details.
  • Statement Reconciliation: Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Customer Support: Assist with supplier queries via phone-calls or emails.
  • Team Coverage: Cover team members in times of absence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: +2 years' experience of working in an AP department, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Personal Expenses processes, VAT accounting and policies.
  • Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Purchase to Pay Process: Understanding of purchase to pay process for stock and overhead supplies.
  • Teamwork: Team player, and willing to assist others whenever possible.
