We are seeking a highly skilled Clearing and Forwarding Sales Professional to join our team at RecruiTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic customer relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the processing of credit applications to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales performance targets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Accurately cost freight movements and prepare service estimates as required, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
- Maintain and update client records to ensure accurate information and informed decision-making.
- Provide regular results assessments of sales activities to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Matriculation certification
- Three years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on clearing and forwarding operations
Skill Requirements:
- Progressive sales executive experience, with a proven track record of success
- Solid understanding of international trade principles and local market dynamics
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions and secure deals
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis and competitor research
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
