Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Nedbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple teams with a medium-term strategic horizon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial and business results by ensuring that all individual and department results are delivered within budget and deadlines.
  • Ensure budget targets are met by effectively executing and complying with Divisional billing requirements and targets.
  • Establish transparent transfer pricing for the provision of products and services for the business area.
  • Implement the Activity Justified Transfer Pricing (AJTP) model to establish costs, prices, and conditions.
  • Ensure effective targeted cost recovery by monitoring and capturing all times by staff on a weekly basis.
  • Deliver quality projects, processes, and systems on time and aligned to Nedbank's business requirements.
  • Provide agreed information, resources, professional advice, and strategic contribution to relevant stakeholders on time, in budget, and within quality standards.
Requirements
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
Preferred Qualifications

Tertiary Qualification/formal accreditation in Professional field. MMP/SMP/MM or equivalent. BSC Computer Science. BComm Information Technology. Postgraduate management qualification. MBA.

Essential Certifications
  • ITIL Talent Nurturing or equivalent. MMP/SMP/MM or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Level6 to 8 years line management. 10 years IT Industry experience.Technical/Professional Knowledge
