We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals, coordinating various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
  • Scope and Schedule Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, ensuring effective budget management.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in iGaming.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
  • Knowledge of current IT technologies, trends, and tools.
  • Effective leadership and employee management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business strategy, financial management, and risk management.
  • Skills in change management and resistance handling.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI, GDPR.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Best Practice Standards (ISO20000, ITIL, COBIT2019).
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Salary: R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
