Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with purpose-fit solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Document Management: Ensure effective management of documentation and records, including classification, retrieval, and retention in accordance with customer document retention strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and report on sales and service statistics, as well as quarterly reports on past due boxes.
- Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to leverage new opportunities and ensure customer retention.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Education: 3-year Degree/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Retail Management.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in a sales/business development role, preferably in Information Services/Warehousing/Logistics or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent track record in delivering high-level sales presentations, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and possessing business acumen and communication skills.
