Job Overview:

As a Site Operations Manager for Heavy Machinery at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our earthmoving equipment branch.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, managing work-in-progress, and optimizing branch profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement: Ensure that sales targets are met by effectively managing daily sales performance, including rental, parts, and service targets.

• Work-in-Progress Management: Continuously monitor and facilitate all work-in-progress (WIP) tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of ongoing projects.

• Branch Management: Analyze and optimize branch financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective strategies.

• Staff Management: Develop and implement effective training programs, mentorship, and coaching to enhance staff skills and productivity.

• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years of experience in material handling branch management
  • 5 years of sales and parts sales management experience in material handling
  • 5 years of people management experience
  • 5 years of technical knowledge in forklift operations and maintenance

About You:

You have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is R750 000 – R820 000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
