Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the process of operations of machinery on the workshop floor as per the Electrical and Mechanical designers and Project scope.
  • Successfully manage and coordinate the process of operations within the project environment from commissioning & installation on-site to final sign-off with the customer.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Establish a thorough understanding of the project scope from project management.
  • Clearly understand all customer requirements for the project.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan incorporating the electrical, mechanical, and IT departments for a smooth commissioning and installation process.
  • Liaise with the project management team to finalize project timing and delivery arrangements.
    • Regularly collaborate with project management to ensure project requirements are met, including specifications, drawings, and testing purposes.
    • Coordinate the installation on site, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place.
    • Be accountable for staff safety training and operations on site.
    • Attend weekly scope of work meetings with the project management team to review project status.
    • Support JQS (Jendamark Quality System) and adhere to the company code of conduct and policies.
