Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

Lula is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our platform and business bank, ensuring that business priorities are clearly understood and stakeholders' expectations are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage the backlog and roadmap.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the engineering team, applying the appropriate best practices.
  • Ensure clear communication of delivery expectations to both internal stakeholders and external partner delivery leads.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to maintain the delivery cadence, resolving blockers, risks, and delivery dependencies.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of deployments, ensuring minimum disruption to business.
  • Measure the implementation efficiencies within the Agile delivery framework and ensure teams adhere to agile best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant or applicable Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of working experience as a Delivery Lead or similar role in an agile delivery environment.
  • A practical understanding of the software delivery life-cycle.
  • Thorough understanding of project management best practices, project management certification an added bonus.
  • Thorough Agile Coaching and Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
