Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Store Manager to join our Totalsports team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales, customer service, and operational results.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, managing inventory, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure effective inventory management and control

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
