About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Creative CFO. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Data Systems: Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems that meet business requirements and industry practices.
  • Process and Integrate Data: Develop batch processing and real-time data streaming capabilities, read, extract, transform, stage, and load data to selected tools and frameworks as required.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Data Engineering role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, and Python, strong knowledge of data modeling, data access, and data storage techniques, and proficiency in at least one of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform/Engine, or AWS Lambda environments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
