Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes, maintain employee information, and ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly payroll runs, reconciling payroll data with the general ledger, and submitting required reports to regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a high-pressure environment. A Grade 12 / NQF4 Certificate or relevant diploma/qualification in payroll is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced) and experience with VIP Payroll software are necessary.
Benefits:
This position offers a market-related salary based on experience, ranging from R250,000 to R400,000 per annum. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, pension fund contributions, and life insurance.
Salary:R290,000 - R370,000 per annum
