Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow forecasts and ensure the availability of funds to meet operational and capital needs.
Cost Control & Optimization:
- Develop cost-effective financial strategies within the manufacturing process.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and industry-specific requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure the integrity of internal controls.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate financial results and forecasts to top management, providing clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, insurers, and auditors to maintain strong financial relationships.
Team Leadership:
