The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively. Experience in managing profit and loss, budgeting, and hiring is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, ensure cost control, and maximize profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Customer Service: Supervise and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Budgeting: Manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
