Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team and oversee our financial management operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting comprehensive financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making
  • Evaluating and improving internal financial systems, controls, and processes
  • Compiling financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Managing cash flow, funding requirements, and other financial operations to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and monitoring regulatory updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A B Comm Accounting degree, with SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA traineeship completed
  • Proven track record in the financial sector, with experience in financial planning, accounting, and compliance
  • Exceptional financial expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams and stakeholders
