We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at Werksmag Consilium Pty Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, accounting, and compliance, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and interpret comprehensive financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, conducting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Review of Financial Systems and Controls: Evaluate and improve internal financial systems, controls, and processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
  • Compiling Financial Statements: Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable frameworks.
  • Management of Audit and Accounting Processes: Oversee auditing and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Creditors and Debtors Management: Lead and manage the creditors and debtors teams to optimize payment and collection systems.
  • Financing Processes: Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and other financial operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Nakoming: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, the Companies Act, FICA, and other relevant legislation, monitoring regulatory updates and adapting financial operations as required.
