Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MFC Salaried Financial Advisor to join our team at Old Mutual. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to our clients and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial advice to clients in line with our customer value proposition and compliance framework.
  • Work in allocated markets and with a specific range of products to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Develop and track business plans to meet individual performance targets and engage in limited prospecting activities.
  • Establish and maintain sound working relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve personal results and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and own car.
  • FAIS compliance and clear criminal and credit checks.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
