Responsibilities:

  • Validating and processing incoming instructions regarding new business setup, amendments, and payroll administrator training.
  • Maintaining accurate Regular Contribution and Member records in line with legislative requirements.
  • Responding to day-to-day queries from Scheme Advisers, Employers, and BDMs.
  • Ensuring Scheme setup and amendments align with legislation and Employer setup for staff.
  • Capturing all incoming work within required turnaround times and SLAs.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with allocated Scheme Advisers and Employers.
  • Supporting fellow team members and Team Coordinator as needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification.
  • Relevant qualification is an added advantage.
  • At least two years' experience in Employee Benefits.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Attributes & Competencies:

  • Able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to function well under pressure and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Client-focused with strong verbal and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: R400,000 - R600,000 per annum.
