What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can drive real change in our organisation. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will work closely with senior leaders to support business objectives and organisational success.

You will be responsible for partnering with senior managers to support key people initiatives and ensuring HR strategies align with business goals. You will act as an internal consultant, advising on best HR practices to drive cultural and organisational change.

You will lead and manage change management initiatives, including restructures and job role design. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. You will deliver and evaluate HR projects that embed a strong people-focused culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered MCIPD qualification or equivalent experience (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • A strong background in HR Business Partnering, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change and managing HR projects.
  • Expertise in employee relations, employment law, and best practice HR solutions.
  • A track record of working closely with senior managers to influence and implement people strategies.
