Antenna and RF Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Antenna and RF Design Engineer to join our Product Development team at Recruitment Matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing antenna and RF circuits, working from conceptual stages to the final product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop antenna and RF circuits, including filters, switches, and amplifiers.
  • Conduct electromagnetic simulations using software such as FEKO, CST, or HFSS.
  • Build and test prototypes to validate design performance.
  • Optimize and finalize designs to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform final electrical testing and antenna measurements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an electronics-related field, with specific focus on electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (Intermediate level).
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters or PhD in Electromagnetics.
  • Experience with high-frequency spiral development.
