Company Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional HR & Admin Personnel / Personal Assistant to join our team at Bosch RMS Automotive Group. This role involves providing comprehensive support in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and office administration. Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to hiring.
- Develop and implement effective employee onboarding programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management efficiently.
2. Office Administration and Support
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure smooth workflow operations.
- Oversee document control, filing systems, and general office correspondence efficiently.
- Provide support in financial administration, including invoices, petty cash, and procurement.
3. Executive Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management executives.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules accurately.
- Draft and prepare emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HR software, and office management tools.
