Leadership Role

The Materials Management Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the materials management function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of materials to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering, and at least 5 years' experience in supply chain or warehousing environment.

  • Set and communicate performance targets with the warehouse team;
  • Run and analyze daily warehouse performance reports;
  • Ensure all SHE requirements in the warehouse are adhered to;

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating material returns, and ensuring On-Time Goods Receipts & Binning process.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to maintain strict access control in the warehouse, implement monthly and/or weekly cycle count plan, and ensure that cycle counts are conducted as scheduled.
