Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Regional Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to customers.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for customers using Zimmer Biomet products and services, with a focus on high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver bespoke training to surgeons and scrub staff to ensure they are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products.
  • Provide technical advice in the operating room on Zimmer Biomet Recon & TDS products.
  • Generate sales leads within platinum and silver customers.
  • Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
  • Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives.
  • Follow all internal communication and documentation policies.
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitive products.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen.
  • Strong knowledge in orthopedics, with specific knowledge of competitor's products and strategies.
  • Significant level of clinical expertise.
  • Strong presentation skills, customer-centric, relationship, and communication skills.

  • Team spirit and willingness to learn.
Travel Expectations

80% travel is expected for this role.
