Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of credit management specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Implement and maintain effective processes to minimize finance charges and maximize revenue.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, including Payroll and HR teams.
  4. Ensure all supporting documents are attached as per client requirements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, practices, and regulatory changes related to debt collection and credit management.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting or relevant field.
  • Certificate from a Supervisory/Leadership Course.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a debtor's supervisor role or similar.
  • Computer literacy with a high level of accuracy, especially in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Intermediate level skills mandatory.
Benefits & Remuneration

R390 000 - R440 000 per annum.
