Store Operations Manager

As a Store Operations Manager at Future Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Store Budgets: You will be responsible for managing store budgets, including sales targets, expenses, and overall profitability.
- Ensuring Store Policies and Health and Safety Guidelines: You will ensure that store policies and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Driving Sales: You will drive sales to meet or exceed store targets through effective management strategies.
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to boost store performance.
- Optimizing Stock Levels and Merchandising Decisions: You will use sales data and market insights to optimize stock levels and merchandising decisions.
- Recruiting, Training, and Mentoring Store Staff: You will recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Providing Regular Coaching: You will provide regular coaching to ensure staff deliver high-quality service and meet performance expectations.
- Overseeing Staff Scheduling: You will oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal store coverage.
- Ensuring Outstanding Customer Service: You will ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently, building strong relationships with customers.
- Handling Customer Inquiries and Resolving Issues: You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Staying Current with Fashion Trends: You will stay current with fashion trends to offer expert advice and style suggestions.
- Maintaining Store Aesthetics: You will maintain store aesthetics, ensuring visual displays are attractive and reflect brand guidelines.
- Implementing Seasonal and Promotional Displays: You will implement seasonal and promotional displays to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Managing and Monitoring Stock Levels: You will manage and monitor stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring accurate records.
- Working with Buying and Merchandising Teams: You will work with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure the right product assortment is available.
- Minimizing Stock Losses: You will minimize stock losses through effective inventory control and shrinkage management.
- Handling Administrative Tasks: You will handle administrative tasks such as payroll, reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Ensuring Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: You will ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to store operations.
