We are Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd., a dynamic and forward-thinking organization seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Chief Revenue Growth Officer. Based in Pretoria, this position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and lead our team to success.
This is a fantastic chance for someone with extensive knowledge in selling and building new networks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales growth targets within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to network.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective direct sales strategies, leading nationwide Regional Sales Managers and agents towards corporate sales objectives.
- A strong focus on prospecting and developing new, high-volume viable business opportunities for Aluma Capital is essential.
- The individual must have a passion for people and act as a leader who coaches their team towards new heights.
In this role, you will:
- Pursue and develop new, high-volume viable business opportunities for Aluma Capital;
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of corporate sales objectives;
- Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching, and development while matching sales results to goals;
- Manage sales management, budget control, compensation programs, and incentives;
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales personnel;
- Act as an ambassador to engage with trade key decision-makers, business owners, and buyers to promote the company's products;
- Assist sales managers and sales agents with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high trade customer satisfaction;
- Continually develop business relationships with stakeholders, ops managers, and regional managers for optimal benefit;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to remain ahead of the curve;
- Network with various stakeholders within Aluma and our market;
- Act as mentor and coach to support the sales team;
- Reach own sales target continuously and without fail;
- Design and deliver presentations to prospective sources of clients to source new prospects;
- Prepare and submit sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
