Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading BPO in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, digital, or written communication
- Assist customers with complex benefit questions, resolve issues, and educate healthcare members
- Utilize strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions
- Employ effective communication, empathy, and motivational skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate) or equivalent
- Clear credit record and criminal record
- 1 year unbroken call centre experience from the UK or USA market
- 1 year healthcare industry experience (advantageous)
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in US health insurance
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (CEF Level B2)
- Competitive salary: R 7900 basic
- Night shift allowance: R1000
- Medical aid contribution: R764
- Free transport to home within 35km radius from CBD
Location: Based in Cape Town, CBD
