  • Assist with equity reports and queries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the application and administration of company benefit funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit STATS SA submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare dummy payslips and ad-hoc reports as required, providing valuable insights and support.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant payroll-related qualification is essential.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
  • Advanced payroll tax knowledge and experience in tax issues, queries, and monthly and bi-annual submissions is advantageous.
  • Financial acumen and knowledge of SAP accounting software is advantageous.
  • Employment equity knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sage 300 People Payroll software and all its different modules and ESS is essential.
  • Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Indepth working knowledge of relevant tax legislation and employment conditions, bargaining councils, and other relevant legislation is essential.
  • Experience in PAYE, SDL, UIF, WCA, and RMA is advantageous.
