Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service, exceed sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Develop and update products to meet client demand, ensuring they are tailored to the youth market.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, fostering strong partnerships to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Tour Management: Utilize Tourplan and Amadeus Ticketing experience to prepare and manage documentation for all groups, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Financial Management: Submit financial reports and adhere to deadlines, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team leaders and their teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
  • Negotiation and Rate Management: Negotiate rates and requirements with suppliers, ensuring the best possible deals for our clients.

Requirements include a Travel & Tourism qualification with 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry. Previous knowledge of the school environment and experience with Tourplan are highly advantageous.
