About the Role

The successful candidate will have 4 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Windows Business Central. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and manage their time efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all parts in inventory
  • Process part orders internally and externally within 24 hours
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts to clients
  • Manage relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing from suppliers
  • Maintain accuracy of data entry for order processing and invoicing
  • Complete documentation, including invoices and receipts, within the same day of transaction
  • Ensure availability of critical parts for scheduled services or repairs
  • Process part returns and warranty claims
  • Manage costs associated with parts purchasing and inventory
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Windows Business Central
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric certificate
