Housekeeping Director

Bright Placements is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Executive to lead their team at a luxurious 5-star game lodge. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and support to maintain excellence in service.
* Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a pristine environment.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
* Coordinate laundry and inventory management for linens and cleaning supplies.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lodge setting.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
