  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure high standards are met.
  • Coordinate laundry and inventory management for linens and cleaning supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lodge setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards, with a focus on quality and excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available to respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
