Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing sales team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing, developing, and training the EMEA Sales team, ensuring they hit their sales quotas. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our product.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries. This role will require representing the company at industry events and webinars, as well as studying industry trends and current opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and train the EMEA Sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and webinars.
  • Study industry trends and current opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in SMB SaaS software.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
