We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team at BFS.

The Role

About the Position

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • You will provide expert advice on financial planning and investment solutions, taking into account the client's financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize service delivery and ensure all practices align with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales / Relationship Manager or Telesales role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
  • You possess excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and deliver high-quality work.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly goal-driven.
