The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is committed to unlocking the business potential of micro and small enterprises through expert advice and support. As a Business Advisor Level 2, you will play a vital role in helping entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct business diagnostics using relevant tools and provide recommendations for business growth and sustainability. You will also be responsible for facilitating the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies, monitoring and evaluating the improvement of client business positions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Responsibilities
In addition to conducting business diagnostics and providing recommendations for business growth and sustainability, your responsibilities will include collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services, contributing to the development of new business initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your advice and support are informed by the latest knowledge and research.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a National Diploma in Business Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years' relevant work experience. You should have a good understanding of the small enterprise development sector and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
