Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management sales team to understand client needs and develop custom marketing materials, including product catalogues, presentations, and proposals.
  • Design visually appealing and brand-consistent sales collateral, ensuring materials are aligned with client expectations and sales strategies.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for client proposals, email communications, and other marketing deliverables that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Create and manage content for client-facing presentations, ensuring all materials are polished, professional, and persuasive.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets that meet the sales team's deadlines.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all marketing content and communications.
  • Support the sales team with the development of tailored marketing campaigns and strategies that drive client engagement and retention.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing materials and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on design and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and key account management is a plus.
