FNB Connect and Service Provider is seeking a skilled Interaction Designer to enhance the user experience of their digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate tools to create interactive prototypes and conceptual designs.
  • Conduct user testing and ensure seamless customer experiences across all interfaces.
  • Develop user experience design principles, best practices, and processes.
  • Lead the creative team on user experience design concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Additional qualification in Customer Experience, Marketing, UX, or a related field advantageous.
  • 5+ years in Customer Experience, Marketing, UX, or Product Management roles.
  • Leadership Experience: managing UX teams and projects.
  • Experience in Retail or Telco industries advantageous.
