Purpose:

Design compelling user interfaces that align with the company's strategic objectives, enhancing the user experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, design goals, and product requirements, ensuring a cohesive and effective design approach.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions and validate user flows, resulting in intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design user interfaces and visual assets that align with brand guidelines, elevating the user experience and reinforcing the company's brand identity.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve upon designs, ensuring a data-driven approach to design decision-making.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and successful implementation, fostering a collaborative and effective design-to-development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns, promoting consistency and efficiency in design processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, information systems, or human-computer interaction, is essential.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience in UX/UI design is required, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles, user research, and design systems.
  • Certifications, such as Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), are desirable but not required.
