About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Planet10. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring that they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive UX/UI design strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Design and document interaction patterns, components, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to style standards
  • Develop and maintain a repository of user personas, user journeys, and other design assets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of related projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization with a growing product and design practice
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Experience with prototyping software such as Adobe XD
