We are seeking an exceptional Hearing Aid Specialist Leader to spearhead our hybrid audiology venture. As the face of our Cape Town clinic and online remote audiology business model, you will be responsible for delivering scalable care, utilizing multi-channel marketing approaches, including telehealth platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Operations: Manage the Cape Town clinic (fittings, consultations) while overseeing online diagnostics, sales, and support for rural and urban clients.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive multi-channel sales, combining clinic walk-ins with e-commerce efforts, promoting a premium global hearing aid brand.
  • Tech Integration: Leverage telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, remote programming apps) to deliver efficient care.
  • Launch Execution: Shape the hybrid model with complete autonomy, from workflow design to brand rollout, collaborating with our world-class marketing development team.
  • Client Impact: Provide patients with comprehensive in-person and virtual counseling, maximizing reach and satisfaction.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Essential:
    • 5+ years of audiology experience.
    • HPCSA-registered (valid certification).
    • Proven skills in hearing aid fitting and telehealth (e.g., remote programming, virtual consults).
  • Preferred:
    • Strong sales track record (in-clinic or online).
    • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital marketing is beneficial.
