A Human Resources (HR) Generalist plays a crucial role in managing various HR functions within an organization. This role involves collaborating with management and employees to enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and facilitate effective HR processes.

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations and administration within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR policies and compliance, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and HR data management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
