To maintain our growth and daily operations, we rely on hundreds of automated processes. Our QA Lead is seeking assistance from a highly technical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is passionate about innovation and looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Fighting Bugs
- Consolidate all system bug reports for contact center systems on Monday.com.
- Replicate bug scenarios to pinpoint issues.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends, making recommendations.
QA New Features
- Assist in QA for new CRM features.
- QA different CRM processes to assist in new feature design.
- Create and review QA scripts and BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
Monitoring Automation Processes
- Regularly monitor CRM automated processes.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly trends, making recommendations.
This is a remote, full-time position.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and its tools.
- Experience with Contact Center systems is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of system integration processes (webhook, HTTP requests, JSON) is desirable.
- Experience in QA positions is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
- Stable internet connection and a minimum of 2 screens.
