We are looking for an experienced ETQA Officer to join our team at Immploy. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations meet the required standards, including:
- Maintaining accreditation with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and improving our Quality Management System (QMS) and Assessment and Moderation System (AMS)
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our assessment processes and results
- Providing input into other functional areas of the organization
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Leadership skills, with the ability to set a clear direction and vision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and deadlines
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurer or similar role
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Skills Development and Training industry
- A valid South African driver's license, as travel may be required
We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this role is R400,000 - R600,000, depending on your background and achievements.
