Padel Club Manager Job Description

Village N Life is a leading local Tourism and Hospitality group that sets the standard for excellence in the industry. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Padel Club Manager to join our team at the luxurious Camps Bay Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a talented team of employees, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for our discerning clientele. This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including managing sales and stock of the pro shop, tracking rentals, and marketing and sales of padel equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host management tasks, including welcoming guests and creating a WhatsApp group for photo content and marketing
  • Club management duties, including engaging with customers, opening and closing the club, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Pro shop management, including managing sales and stock, tracking rentals, and marketing and sales of padel equipment
  • Daily reporting, including padel court use percentage, daily cash ups, and reporting broken equipment for fixing
  • Stock management and corporate and school bookings

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant work experience in a managerial role, particularly in the sports or leisure industry
  • Experience in customer service, event management, and first aid procedures
  • Strong communication skills, team player, excellent problem-solving abilities, customer-focused, and passion for sport
