Job Title: National Operations Manager

The National Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our Padel clubs, ensuring seamless execution of staff, facilities, member experience, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational aspects of Padel clubs, including staff, facilities, and member experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to drive business expansion.
  • Lead diverse teams and manage multi-site operations.
  • Ensure strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize digital tools such as Playtomic or similar sports management software.
  • Travel between sites as required and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sports or hospitality industries.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Playtomic or similar sports management software.
  • Padel or similar racket sports experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
