The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. This position requires effective collaboration across teams to collect data, create reports, and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse marketing lead and campaign performance data for reporting and optimisation purposes.
  2. Evaluate marketing performance across omni-channels, including paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  3. Manage campaign and source data within global CRM systems.
  4. Ensure accurate data collection using SQL, Excel, and GA4/Tag Manager.
  5. Collaborate with teams to align database marketing with business objectives (e.g., data cleansing, standardization, and list creation for outbound prospecting).
  6. Improve marketing reporting processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  7. Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing data analysis or a similar role.
  3. Proven track record in utilising data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Python programming language.
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics.
  5. Experience with or knowledge of marketing SaaS products (B2C FMCG industries are also valuable).
  6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Benefits and Working Arrangements:
  1. R750 000 / year CTC salary package.
  2. Hybrid working arrangements with 1-2 days in the Stellenbosch office. Fully remote working arrangements outside of the Cape Town and Cape Winelands region.
  3. An optional Group Retirement Annuity Scheme.
