About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Architect to join our team at vonq-organic. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and transitioning IT services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT service design expertise, including project planning, technical architecture guidance, and business requirements gathering.
  • Work with the team to provide transition management support for new and existing solutions.
  • Support change projects by ensuring best practices are adhered to during implementation.
  • Establish standards for future implementation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize service delivery.
Requirements
  • Support all service delivery functions to optimize and simplify processes.
  • Collaborate with others to plan, test, and implement new and existing projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in transitioning business processes from one phase of ITIL to another.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of IT projects and update project plans for deliverables and progress.
  • Understand, analyze, and implement change management in all aspects of IT services delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and programming across organizational levels.
  • Assist with the transition of technologies, processes, and people to meet an ever-changing environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • Strong background in object-oriented design, design patterns, and use of programming languages and frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Service Architect for an IT service provider.
