Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. About the Role
The HR Officer will be responsible for various aspects of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This includes maintaining accurate records, handling employee queries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Resolve employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and present reports to management on HR-related matters
- Coordinate meetings and events related to HR activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 5-7 years experience in an HR Officer / Generalist position
- Proficiency with SAGE Payroll
- In-depth knowledge of South African Labour legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Drivers License: Code 8 (Mandatory)
- Multinational experience is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
