Human Resources Coordinator

Global Policy Ltd is a leading provider of global policy and public affairs research, committed to making a positive impact on the world. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, benefits, and leave requests.
- Process payroll and handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
- Assist with employee relations issues and aid in the resolution of conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude.
