As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, benefits, and leave requests.
  • Process payroll and handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and aid in the resolution of conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
