About the Job

The Customer Success Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Outbound Sales team, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Outbound Sales Consultants/Agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Agents to meet SLAs and achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate job expectations clearly to Agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, punctuality, and leave.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage requests/escalations between business units.
  • Report regularly on statistics, data, ratios, attrition, and terminations.
Requirements
  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in contact centre management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
