Job Title: Training & Development Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the software industry, is seeking a highly skilled Training & Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive training and development framework to ensure a technically skilled and relevant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Support the rollout of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Individual Development: Build a learning framework to support the growth and development of employees.
  • Group Training Needs Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Statutory Training: Ensure compliance with mandatory learning and development requirements.
  • Line Manager Training: Provide training and coaching to line managers to support their roles and responsibilities.
  • Leadership Training: Develop and deliver leadership training programs to support the growth and development of leaders.
  • SETA Management: Manage the administration and continuous maintenance of the training system.
  • BBBEE Management: Lead, develop, and oversee the provision of the organization's BBBEE initiatives.
  • Engagement: Support the development of an organizational culture and values that promote engagement and well-being.
  • Wellness: Support the rollout of wellness activities and provide training and coaching to all people managers in their responsibilities.
  • Reports: Support the design of Employment Equity and SETA reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Training and Development, with a focus on the software industry.
  • eLearning development/design experience.
  • SETA Management experience.
